I’m flying home from an incredible 3 days in Dallas at the More Heart Than Talent conference. We had the privilege of learning from some of the top entrepreneurs and personal development coaches in the world.

As a coach and trainer in the industry, focusing almost exclusively on internet marketing, I understand more and more how essential it is for my team and our MLSP members to understand what it really takes to be successful in this industry.

The MLSP Marketing System is growing exponentially and has hit the industry by storm. And for good reason. There is a great demand from network marketing reps for high quality internet marketing training. At some point in their business, every distributor will be faced with the issue of not having enough people to speak to about their opportunity. The MLSP System and Training solves this issue. Most people hate to be uncomfortable. That’s understandable. And most network marketers do not enjoy and are not very good at speaking to people, dare I say it… “selling.”

So, when a struggling network marketer discovers internet marketing and a system like ours, they very quickly develop the illusion that the system will build their downline for them. That it will no longer be necessary for them to get on the phone, communicate, build relationships and collect a decision.

This is a dangerous assumption and one that will leave you even more broke and frustrated then when you began.

Now let me clarify.

Yes, the MLSP Marketing System is extremely powerful. Yes, the system will help you to generate leads. It will help you to even build relationships with your prospects. Yes, it will even put money in your pocket without having to pick up the phone. I routinely have prospects join me in my primary business (with a minimum $500 purchase) without having to speak to them on the phone. This is incredible. A paradigm shift for some “old schoolers” out there.

However, and here is what you really need to understand. You will most likely never become a top producer in the network marketing industry without mastering the fundamental skills that have always and will always be critical to success in this industry: leadership and effective communication.

Yes you can make some sales, you can make some decent money with just marketing and never speaking to people. But you are leaving thousands of dollars on the table.

As I talk more and more with our members and find out exactly what the top producers in our system are doing, I see very clearly how to best leverage a system like ours.

If you want to truly use the MLSP system to its fullest potential, you must commit to mastering your communication skills. A system like ours makes this task as simple as it can possibly be.

Remember that the MLSP Marketing System is an Attraction Marketing system. It is based on the fact that people in this industry, and prospects who are looking to start a business in this industry are looking for one main thing. They are looking for leadership. Some are absolutely desperate for leadership.

And the only way for you to have the success you desire is to be the leader that your prospects are looking for. If you’ve been in this industry for some time, undoubtedly you have heard this before. So understand that it is no different on the internet.

Internet marketing combined with a revolutionary marketing system like MLSP, will help you to generate more leads, and put more money in your pocket. It will even allow you to develop relationships with your prospects and demonstrate your leadership.

But remember that people desire connection. The majority of your prospects require a human touch. They need to be reassured that there is a caring human being on the other side of the sale. Someone they can rely on, trust and learn from.

Remember that in this industry, the leverage of residual income that we all desire, is a result of team building, of developing leaders within your organization.
